ASAP LEGAL, INC. provides professional legal services to attorneys and the public who choose to represent themselves in a legal matter.

ASAP LEGAL has three distinct divisions:

(1) The Legal Document Preparation Division offers self-help services to the public when they choose to represent themselves in a legal matter.  Legal Document Preparation is performed by a Legal Document Assistant (LDA), formerly known as an "Independent Paralegal", who is registered and bonded. (2) The Paralegal Division offers support services to attorneys on a temporary contract basis for particular projects.  There are several areas of law for paralegal support. Visit the Paralegal page for more information.

(3) The Process Serving Division offers process serving, court filing,Secretary of State filings and skip tracing services.  The Process Serving Division provides quash proof service of process. Court filings are offerered on a same day, rush, next day or prescheduled service. All serves are performed by a bonded California Registered Process Server.
